From 2001

Naruto ran from 1999-2014, 15 years.

There are only six issues a year - 74/6=12.3 (plus the occasional hiatus and time off taken to redraw for the tankoubons) And 2001 is wrong - supposed to be 2002 I think. So 15 years.

It is entertaining us from the last 15 yrs that is very diffiucult to do for a long time for anyone, so we still love it more than DB and N and B :D

We have the champion, Detective Conan for 21 years, with the same plot and been out from the main purpose since the beginning.

And One Piece for 20 years, but I love this series.

I kind of resent the term 'dragging on' ╥﹏╥ that implies that it's tired and should have ended already - when tbh I'm happy for another 16 years!! (We'll all be reading the newest raws in our jammies at the retirement home…) :D

Yeah, you and I can sit side by side in our rocking chairs, reading dirty books on our tablets!

We need V,R. that way we won't need tablets the characters will just walk in every day just to visit. or we can" ride"our rocking chairs into the next chapter , LOL When they walk into the room the next chap. starts.

I think sensei intention is to end viewfinder series at vol 5 but because of popular demand she decided to answer the fans and continue the series. I mean, there is a huge gap between vol 5 and vol 6.

I think I read somewhere that in the beginning Sensei didn't intend to make viewfinder a series but a collection of one shot between photographer x yakuza. Just look at vol 1.

I guess changing one shot to a series and continuing an ended series is one of the many reason its dragging since she needs to think of the plot.

I do wish she created an alternate start when they decided to OK a serialisation...Kind of hate the first chapter to be honest and it didn't help with the whole Stockholm syndrome debate and it set their relationship up in such a weird way.

I see your point, but I think though in many ways after vol 5 it started to get more interesting, I like the dynamics of them living together and interacting more. Before it was just sex, sex, sex, which is cool! - But I like a bit off fluff and domesticity too ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
