They mention that it is hard to concieve, so they need to have sex with differenent partners for higher chance, so i think its imposible for ruado and kai to have babies now... dato and juda take years (like almost 5-8 years base -on remnant manga since kai is still young when he met 16y/o juda, and juda and dato already fucking that time..
