Oh, I know this one (since it's on my doujinshi collection, Sourin/MakoRin fan here~). Sorry, it took so long to reply but all I could remember earlier was the name of the artist.. But it's from doujinshi "甘い罪の花" (Amai tsumi no hana, Sweet sinful flower) by Lionni. You can also read it online e.g. from this site: http://yaoibook.com/books/16080/ :)

You're welcome @Cetagandane and @Shizaya__ ^^ Unfortunately I've never seen this doujinshi's English translation.. Of course I could translate it but since I'm busy with work and master's thesis I don't have that much time/experience to make a proper translation. But you can always e.g. suggest this doujinshi to some group who makes translations here. Maybe they can help. :)
