No. Min Woojin's family made him pretend to be his half brother, Min Siwoon. Because Min Siwoon is sick in bed and unable to run Hansung Group.
So the real heir was sick and was replaced by Woojin and if I understand his mother was forced to marry his father ????? Only to give a substituted heir??? If it was the case why the father abandoned them ???

I don't think he was conceived to be a replacement. His mother was probably forced to be his concubine and treated horribly, which was why she was struggling with mental illness. In the picture of her, you can tell she is very ill and in some sort of institution. I think Woojin and his half brother Siwoon were born around the same time, and Siwoon was born to Mr. Min's real or first wife, who is the brunette woman and Min Woojin's stepmother. But Min Siwoon has some sort of chronic illness and is unable to even leave his bed. So Mr. Min went and grabbed Min Woojin from the slums with the intention of making him take over Hansunf Group in place of Min Siwoon.

My guess is that Mr. Min rid himself of Min Woojin and his mother when the press leaked information about the concubine activity, which was probably illegal. When his legitimate heir, Siwoon, got sick and showed no signs of recovery, he went and retrieved Woojin to replace him. Does that sound about right?
Woojin was not retrieved out of love. He was retrieved out of desperation. And there was no way he would be allowed to go back and see Taemin when he was supposed to be acting as Siwoon. Some pieces are coming together, while other questions are obviously being raised.
I looked it up. Polygamy is illegal in Korea, so he would not be considered a legitimate heir. In addition, Hansung group faced some serious media backlash regarding the concubine, so they would NOT want it leaked that their is the concubine's son.
But a concubine must be treated egally with the wife I don't understand why she was forced to marry Mr Min if there's no love, make her bear his child and get abandoned.
I understand now why she didn't love his son and had mental issue.
I'm sorry, I am not overly familiar with concubines. But I don't get the impression that Mr. Min treated Woojin's mother fairly at all. And since multiple marriages is illegal in Korea, she had no legal protection at all.
This chapter also tells us why Min Woojin was so mean to Han Siwon. I don't know if he could differentiate between Jiwook and Siwon, but even if he could, twins talk to each other, and he must have viewed BOTH Jiwook and Siwon as a huge threat.
