I don't think they will animate the sex scenes. The anime is tagged as shounen-ai.
Well, sex scenes are not that necesary so its ok but I hope they animate the kiss scenes XD And I don't mind if they add more
I don't mind the kisses too :3 to be honest, they will surely animate some sexy moments but not sex scenes like in Love Stage, they didn't animated sex but they only animated the sexy moments. The animators will follow the manga for sure and add some scenes not in the manga (like in Episode 1, you'll see some that are not included in Boyfriend and My Hero). Looking forward to it :D~
