Hm.. that could be a mistake maybe? ive read Kizuna and Mezase hero alot. But i never seen the main characters in mezase hero in kizuna.

They probably meant kizuna and Hana to Ryuu. Those two are related or at least that's my guess,
They’re in the same universe but other than that, they’re unrelated.
Isn't the seme (sorry forgot his name) in Hana to Ryuu the brother of Masa from Kizuna? I might be wrong, I read them really long ago, cz can't take the sad end :(
