I'm guessing that he worked for his uncle until the accident. Then he got enlisted for 2 years. Once he got back, he started working odd jobs (server in a pub, car salesman, phone salesman) until Sungho napped him.

Yes I seems that after the near death event he only worked office type jobs that didn't require speed or carrying large objects. After his enlistment he was a car sales man.

Also Hints that Sungho was not the only boy in high school that had sexual feelings for Dohyun.

In one flashback, the boys were watching porn, the speaker was broken and Dohyun being the derp that he was . . . started making the sex sounds. One of the other boys is hinted at getting turned on.
