The cover looks yaoi-sh so I read it without looking expecting the moment when both their feelings for each other as the sister said, but it's fine like it is since it's not yaoi. It's a beautiful story with some funny moments (that mostly happens when the familly is involved). My favorite so far :
Sister : Don't you know the heart of a woman changes easily?
Mom : I'm not like that dear.
I bet the father is very proud of his son and grateful of how far he've come.
In the end, it was a wonderful surprise and I'm not disapointed at all.
