Well, it sounds like he likes the guy and has for 2 years but has never done anything about it besides the surgery? So I'm not sure how he's a stalker.
He's not a stalker though, since as far as we know he has never deliberately followed the guy or invaded his privacy or stuff like that.
I mean, I'd say he has an unhealthy obsession, but anything he's done he's only done to himself without bothering others.
