Uploading the chapters on mediafire in a good idea! That way the original author won't know but everyone who can't buy the chapters will be able to read them.
However, please, don't upload on mangago. Lezhin's authors are aware on mangago, and that would be great if we could avoid an other drama like the last one.
(Well I'm 100% sure someone will ultimately upload on mangago, but I think just updating and sharing on mediafire is a good idea and create the less damages...)
