I'm not sure but could this be possible? when Hikaru first raped Haruki, Haruki hated it and despised his little brother so much! But the more they slept together, Haruki's feeling soon developed little by little. Haruki hated that his feeling has developed and couldn't accept the fact that he was falling love with his own little brother who had raped him, so he decided to end his life. Because at the end, Haruki said something about his feeling or something.
