I think I got a little summary. Akihito at the temple saw his newspaper and contacted Mithraism. Feeling went to find Asami interrogating. Asami asks why is he here. Feilong says he didn't bring Akihito and Asami's expression turns serious. Feilong gives his cellphone to Asami and tells him to use it without worry

Fei and Akihito have been mailing (including with regards to Asami's current whereabouts) and that's why Fei gives Asami his cellphone, so he can read the mails.
It also becomes very clear that Fei and Asami are on the same side this time, fighthing the same enemy (Fei actually says so).

He is basically telling Asami that they are up against the same enemy, that Asami's fight is now his fight, too.

You're welcome, girlfriend. :) Btw, just to avoid confusion, I'm not the OP. I just did the last two anon posts about Fei/Aki mailing and Fei saying that they fight the same fight now (yeah, I know, I should really log in...).

You're welcome, Diana. He actually says his fight is Baishe's fight now, but since Fei is the leader of Baishe... Same difference. ;)

I do not understand one thing. In the previous chapter, Fei says that he wants to be watching what's going on. Why now he does look for Asami? What happened? I do not speak English, and maybe I've lost important passages.

I don't want to give too much away, but it has to do with three things: first, Tao's encounter in the alley (man asking him if Fei had been in touch with Asami), second Aki's phone call to Mitarai (Mitarai tells him that Fei has been trying to contact him, Aki decides to get a message back to Fei through Mitarai) and third, Asami's ominous nemesis is now also seeking to cause trouble for Baishe. That's why Fei goes to talk to Asami, gives him the phone (Aki mails and possible chance for Asami to call/message Aki without being tracked). And when Asami asks Fei why he came, he tells him they are up against the same foe now.

So Fei is definitely a 'good' guy now, as I thought he'd be.
Even though it's abrupt, actually compared to other *shounen* series, the fact that it happened is fairly realistic. Though I wanted Asami to reach out for help from Fei instead.
I wonder if they'll talk about their past at all, or just start a new page. As it is now Fei looks like he's over it. It's funny that AxA and AxF fans have a war while the actual characters don't actually care.
I guess we'll know from Fei's expression if Asami calls Akihito and he's there.

I see Fei driven by two things here: 1) self-interest, as Asami's troubles are now impacting Fei's organization and 2) Fei is Aki's friend and it is that friendship that motivated him to give Asami the phone. A nice thing to do, but I'll reserve judgement until the whole thing plays out and we see where Fei comes down once bullets start flying before we order his name engraved on the #1 Good Guy trophy.

I don't think it's a question of "good" or "bad" guy. But it is clear that Fei has moved on (it may not be referenced in the manga, but this Fei sounds very "post Fei-novel" Fei). So Fei in this manga was never the good or the bad guy for me. Just as Asami isn't just a good guy to me. I'm going to write some more on Fei's motive in my reply to Anon below.

I think that for the moment, that's a very good estimate. 1) Asami asks Fei several times, why he came and Fei makes it clear that whoever is after Asami is now also closing in on Fei's organization and he won't have that. When Asami asks again at the end why he came, Fei says that they are up against the same enemy now. So there is certanly self-interest or self-preservation in play. Fei will also think that joining forces with Asami is going to increase their mututual chances of winning. Also, Fei asks Asami who he is up against and it turns out that's the info they were torturing the prisoner for. So Fei doesn't know and guessed, correctly, that Asami was closer to finding out. So it was only logical to seek him out. 2) Yes, giving Asami the phone was clearly for Akihito's sake and the friendship they have formed.

I do think that they should be able to forge a successful aliance against their common foe, not least of all because Fei comes across as very much "post Fei-novel Fei" as I said above. He appears to have moved on (or at least is making an effort to). Where all of this is going to lead and how it's all going to turn out, we will see. Like you, I reserve final judgement on that (and I say that as someone who likes all three of them, Akihito, Asami and Fei). But for the time being, I like where this is going and I like the idea of the two of them as equals, joining forces against a common nemesis, because I think it could be so very kickass! ;) And at the moment I don't see Fei having a hidden agenda or any intention in throwing Asami to the wolves or under the bus. His motives, while 50 % driven by self-interest, are still honest and frank in my eyes and he is very clear about them to Asami, when he asks him about it: a) because Baishe is affected by this b) because Akihito is affected by this.

So let's grab the popcorn and wait and see! :) TBC
