I don't remember word for word, but since she quit writing she focused on finding happiness in other ways. She got married and I think it said something like in her old age she was surrounded by her grandchildren. I'm sure she didn't completely stop writing, she just didn't write published works. Hey, maybe she wrote books for her family/children to have passed down, or had a blog...who knows ╮(￣▽￣)╭
