Help!! I want to know what this manga is that i read... so here is how it goes. So there is a boy who looks scary (no eye brows short hair) and always "galirs" at another kid. the kid confronts him and he confess that he actually like him. They end up going out after that? i think.. but the boys brother does not like him and trys to break them up. I think they ended up doing it in a park...in the rain.
