Hey I was confused too. But I think I kind of get it now. And I JUST got it actually. The papers were the instigating factor. And it started a dream sequence for Kyon maybe mixed with reality, because, otherwise, how could the guy touch the choker thing triggering Kyon to react when Lucaon was nearby?
