Huh..damn I'm dense. But on the other hand it's kind of understandable he would have issues with alphas given how omegas get treated by them. I just hope his love is still genuine and he doesn't hurt the alpha.

lol, hurt is an abstract aspect ¯_(ツ)_/¯ . physically or mentally, the "hurt" thing does not have real weight at all in mangas (minus the real one), u can read harada or ogawa chise's work to get the meaning.
personally, i don't like the kind of im-hurt-so-im-gonna-hurt-you-who-did-nothing-wrong-to-please-my-heart-because-i-love-u-so-i-want-u-to-understand-and-still-treat-me-nicely reason so it triggered me :v

I would say that rather he has a conflict in his head. Due to the way he was treated as a kid he sees most alphas as bad. However since the alpha has saved him he does see him as kinder and specially despite how he acts. He probably stayed quiet even though he was jealous because he felt luckt to be able to be dating his crush. The fact that he shows jealousy does show that he loves the alpha. You know in the picture where he was smiling while hugging the alpha because they started dating, I think you confused this with a devilish smile but to me it seemed like a normal one. I do understand where your idea came from but I do think you read in between the lines too much. Even manga such as this aka ones that are original still follow similar formats. If this was really going to be about the omega getting revenge they would emphasise it more and wouldn't include the part about saving him as this would take match the 'I hate you and I want reveng' idea. He doesn't seem to have a specific reason to get revenge on the alpha. In my opinion him wanting to top the alpha is just basically a part of his personality, his aura has changed but his looks remained the same. In my opinion this signifies that he isn't getting bullied anymore but he still feels the pain on the inside and remembers it. The past is probably why he allows the alpha to use him but him topping get the alpha is probably to do with him getting more confidence and him being given in love.
In the he probably stayed quiet because he felt lucky I was referring to the picture with the hickey on the alphas neck.
