Most realistic piece I've ever read

I'm glad with the way it ends, the way Ootomo still remember his promise of buying Imagase a new bottle of wine on his next birthday, the ring and everything. No promises were given but the fact that they still stood together said a lot, I guess ^^ It's only realistic. I'm glad that Ootomo had finally become decisive and not letting an insecure Imagase slipped away anymore.

I cried and cried a lot in Chapter 3 (finally understood why everyone's saying it's a sad story, yeah) but Chapter 4 did make up for it. ♡

I liked it so much, for me it had the same feeling of Maugham's novel 'Of Human Bondage' (one of my favorite novels ever) ^^
