I don't remember which chapter it was but I think he didn't want to admit his feelings to get yet and so he made up some sort of "actor rule" where the first kiss won't count if you treat as an act. But somehow it doesn't work a second time. It was a while back but shou had taken her first kiss and she was upset so Ren pulled something along those lines to make her forget about it.

What I mean at that time she panic and distress because first kiss by sho. But Tsuruga too jealous, So He made her promise not kiss anyone else... But after that with Kuon want to dispel curse by kissing her.. But She didn't want because that was mean broken promise with tsuruga..Kuon jealous of Tsuruga and Kuon ask..why she promised something like that with tsuruga when tsuruga not even her boyfriend tsuruga is selfish... That's what Kuon said... But kyoko want to defend tsuruga got confused why tsuruga made her that promise... It is for other person or just for Shotaro.... But Kuon just said as long as tsuruga didn't find out that is Tsuruga then is fine... With his evil smile... she confessed to tsuruga she kissed by Kuon and that is her first kiss. But she didn't asked why he made her promised like that and didn't get the answers... Maybe so forgot and overwhelmed with meetings tsuruga so she didn't asked.
But now that is about kissed by Shotaro a second time... She can confirm why for whom He made her something like that... What I mean before when tsuruga jealous he made her promise something ridiculous like never let other man bought something like clothes and never kiss another person... Now that both of them finally let them admit their feeling... At least kyoko can attack back just like before when He made her promise never let others man bought something for her.. But now after tsuruga admit his feeling for Kyoko we don't what his answer when Kyoko attack back... He still used his emperor knight mode or not too answered kyoko...
I suppose I get my hopes up every damn time lol but I feel ten will pull the "the actors first kiss doesn't count as long as it doesn't happen twice" buckshot and make it her fault, then she'll say we didn't kiss and it'll be onto the next storyline
