Dohyun was cooperating because he thought Sungho would be satisfied after enough times and let him go. Sungho realized what was up and got mad, ranting about how he hates Dohyun and is obsessed with him, but he means nothing to Dohyun.

Dohyun told him their relationship from the past is over and he needs to wake up. Sungho tried to kiss him/rape him, Dohyun fought back and said some taunts about how it doesn't matter how many times he rapes him, it means nothing to him. Sungho lost it and strangled him.
