Dunno where everybody see love in this manhwa!?!? Sangwoo is just a sycopathic killer and bum is a stalker with really fucked up past who now suffers under stockhoom syndrome. Ther was no love, ever! Bum liked Sangwoo at the beginning but he didn't know him. Liking and loving are two totally different things! Sangwoo enjoys seeing bum hurt and broken and scared. Why? Because he is a sycopath, that's why! This manwha is not about love!!!

You seriously should try rereading this with your eyes open and not close. Then maybe you will see a different view and start to think that it 'could' be. I don't want to rant about a full page about the characters' development from chapter 1 to 26, it's a lot. And this is not Stockholm syndrome btw.

Please read about Stockholm syndrome, then you know what I was talking about. And yes, the characters have developed but still, Bum said himself, he doesn't love Sangwoo yet he likes the attention he gets from him. He has lived very self desdructive lifestyle, can't blame him, yet this not love between them. Sangwoo is just a person who enjoys hurting others , he doesn't care about bum, he only wants to drive bum mad, that's all. It's a game, everything for him is a game because he is a sycopath and bum is unable to make rational decisions, he is already on the verge of mental breakdown. Well..he kind of had it already while cutting his wrists but that's only the beginning. From this chapter onwards itin might get worse or ... probably will get worse because sangwoo keeps on pushim him to the last limit... anyway, do some reasearch about mental illnesses and stockholm syndrome, then you might get the picture of the game of an hostage and holder situations

If you understand it so much then tell me how does Stockholm syndrome's description fits with Bum's? He's already sexually into Sangwoo even before he knew who the real Sangwoo is. He fucking masturbated with Sangwoo's name on his mouth.

If you notice the reason Sangwoo broke Bum's legs is because he doesn't want him to leave. Actually, pretty obvious that one. Second, he's been testing Bum to see how much does his love really speaks. Like letting him to clean the storage room with a rat poison in it. Which Bum did slip into his food but never worked. Third, Sangwoo doesn't kill or hurt out of necessary, most killings he did have purpose and the last two killings are his tests for Bum. He was expecting Bum to feel something when he killed Jieun but instead he said he felt nothing. Sang woo was pissed with Bum ever since then. Everything he did was wrong, and he was like 'I mean nothing to you and so did you.' And told Bum to get out. Only after Bum said he only wanted him that Sangwoo started to calm down.

I don't know if it's making sense or not with this hints, but most readers(who are shipping them) are probably consciously/subconsciously know that Sangwoo intends to keep Bum by his side. Those tortures is to punish Bum and make him remember not to do the same thing again. Sangwoo grew up with that environment. Do you remember when Sangwoo said something like 'what a good acting, I almost fall for it' when he caught Bum trying to escape by the door? He actually takes Bum's words seriously.

Both of them needs someone to hold on each other. Sang woo needs someone who can love him despite seeing his dysfunctional side, and obviously Bum just wants someone to love him back. I did read someone said that this might be Lima syndrom since Sangwoo was the one who decided to keep Bum. If not, he would be dead already. But that wasn't right either.

So, how is this Stockholm syndrome or any syndromes? Actually, it has been highlighted in the first chapter : this is about a person with Borderline personality disorder. And the core of BDP is fear of abandonment. Tell me, how can we not root for Bum to be loved and Sangwoo to find someone who can understand him? And fyi you can ship anyone regardless the morality. Most people tend to forget that one fact.

And fuck you for telling me that I didn't know what Stockholm syndrome is. The one who didn't is actually you. Isn't the essence of the syndrome is a case when a victim empathizes the kidnapper. But did Sangwoo kidnap him? NO. He broke into his house by his self. If you still didn't know that go read those first few chapters again, with critical eyes.

Why are we insulting(⊙…⊙ ) I just think that Sangwoo shows his love that way because that's how he was taught, by taking example off of his parents. And I don't think Yoonbum has Stockholm syndrome cuz he wouldn't hesitate to run away when he sees the opportunity ╮(￣▽￣)╭
