Most manga readers tend to be unemployed for one reason or another, mostly it's full time students with miniscule allowanvces that hacve to be stretched out. I've heard that the coin cost for a single series can exceed what paperback releases cost. & it's easy to read $20 in chapters per day or more reading multiple series. They really should publish finished titles though.
