While I totally agree that it'd be nice to see more switching, I don't think this is a fair one to bring that discussion up on. We see them have sex *once*. For the majority of their relationship (as shown), they're celibate. Because Meguru isn't willing to sleep with a *child*, roles be damned. As for body types, I think a large portion of that is simply that Kei *is* still a teenager. The majority of them just *are* still growing. And even if their frame has finished, most haven't filled it out yet.
Meguru doesn't seem opposed to being the uke, but it's probably easier on both of them for the more experienced partner to take the lead for the first time. What will happen later, who can say? Based on the personalities, though, I find it unlikely they wouldn't switch things up and try new things. Kei is a far cry from a doormat.

I'm sorry but I completely disagree with you, no one said he was the uke and he wasn't cute, small and feminine. I saw him as assertive, confident, brash and handsome instead of pretty. just because he wore a skirt and had long hair doesn't mean he was feminine. the author depicted them as equals iand Keiichi felt like a normal boy with his own personality with no feminine stereotypes.
