Ok so the person in the bird was this 40 yr old depressed guy that basically thought it would be better as a parakeet
The main character change places with umie ( or have ever you spell it) which is the short bruenette.
Kaga the blond guy and Shiro the brunette boy switched too
Also the girl in like gothlic or however it spelled was originally this hot guy and changed places with this girl but that girl died in his body trying to change back
though i can't track which is in which body
and there was a bird or something like what happened to it
