Please help me find this manga. It's about a boy and a ghost. The seme used to be lover of the boy's grandfather but they broke up later and the boy's grandfather got married. Soon after that the seme died and he became a ghost and had been watching his ex. The boy was the only one that could see and he gradually fall in love with the seme. Thanks in advance
