If you're talking about the second time after Izaki had the wine, the way I took it was he came to his senses. Not that he was out cold and got fucked awake. However, I'm sure it's open to interpretation.

This was soo cute and sweet <3 The story was also very cohesive. There was never a point where I thought "wait, what? How did they go from that to this???". My only thing is, the last chapter was kind of creepy and the verdict is still somewhat out on whether or not Hakamada date-raped Izaki . . . like, wasn't he unconscious though???
