Okay, I'm looking for a manga, one or the classic reincarnations, and a list demon found him shrinks him back into a fetus and carried him in her for the 9 months. She's really strong and he is too, and one time she lets herself get captured by slave traders leaving him a note saying to save her (making it seem funny) and he does it too fast cause he made new magic to get across a river.
