I just read so far one who was the same...really touching, with alot drama and crime settings (good plot), its pretty long and an older manga so the art ist pretty old fashioned. But it was one of the best I`ve ever read. Its called New York New York by Ragawa Marimo

First bl mangan I've read where they've gone thru the last phase of their lives together. It made me cry. The feeling that you are one with the characters when they suffered and surpassed all struggles. Naivety, childhood, happiness, harshness of reality, abandoning all senses for the name of love, forgiveness, love, love, faith, not giving up, passion, forever. Such meaningful story. Tears. Cries.
