I don't think so, at the end we don't know if they like each other or not so they didn't accept their feelings bc they don't even know if the love is mutual , the uke thinks the seme is folling around with him and we don't know if the seme really likes him, there's no progress at all plus the story is not finished yet the author will focus on her other projects for now
It was very anticlimactic. They accepted their love for each other too quickly and I thought that the seme was still a playboy in the end.
