The novel, yes, it's pretty much the same as "Villain's will to survive" but better writting because less inner monologues for the female characters. So you find the story to be a bit more "readable".

In conclusion almost all female student you saw are going to have a feeling for him.

The thing is, he basically have no psychological space for fall in love, he simply thought he have no luxury of it. But he is aware of their feeling. It was described that he only thought the student as "Kids" (lmao I'm giggling I'm sorry) because their age gap is already that big.

Well, historical world setting, age gap means nothing for that world, so the girls don't even feel weird about it hhhhhh some of them still have feelings even after years of graduations. Even that Flora Lumos (purple haired noble student) stayed single because her feeling for him is still there .

Of all the female characters that are introduced as the love interest, I light Selena (pink haired teacher) more. Their chenistry is just good as far as I read it (I didn't finish the novel but read the spoiler)

Well, to be fair, he see her as kids, but Flora didn't lol. And he is extremely aware of his age too, like if you add his previous life age as well, he is around 40 years old That's why I'm more fond of Selena instead. But I think in the end he didn't ended up with anyone? I read the spoiler and honestly they didn't quite explained the ending end-game. But they say there's going to be side story, the thing is I don't know if it's already released yet It's been so long since the last time I hunt for this one's spoiler.

I know that it is technically historically accurate, but that doesn't mean I can't cry about my dreams of him adopting her turning weird

Right ..... I honestly disapointed too when I read that, so I dropped this for a while. I recently picked it up again because I have nothing more to read.

I mean, why can't we have a normal student-teacher relationship? Why is there a need to make one of them fall in love? I like seeing their relationship as it is, the development later on is very unnecessary.

Well, admiration is fine, as a student myself, I admire a lot of my teacher because they're are very inspiring. But love is another thing, and these girls clearly fall in love with him and that's already out of line. I bet they did that because MC is handsome despite his age, imagine if he is not, they won't even see him in that way. ╥﹏╥

And like, I would be completely fine with it if it was just that she had a childlike crush on her teacher that went away after a little, it happens to a lot of kids! When I was five I asked my teacher to marry me, it's genuinely something that will happen to a lot of kids and teenagers, but the way it was aproached with her staying in love with him so much so that she will never love another is... Strange. I don't know why they did that, they could've salvaged it It's whatever though, this story has become my entire personality for two years, so I'mma stick it out.
