I pretty sure this is the vampire the ml meant when he was younger and was being groomed to kill vampires. In the ch his teacher was showing him vampires are hard to kill and they can even survive getting their head chopped off.

I don't remember that exact ch tho but I do remember the vampire asking him to free him and in return he'd kill the teacher.
