there isn't much to spoiler...the story hasn't advanced much more in the raws, it's only a couple chapters ahead (ch 71 is the latest) .....so far no major plot twist has happened, as far as I understood...one of the major plot twists was the revealing of power enid possesses, and the mysterious antagonist, of course Enid and Glun will chat a bit in the consciousness, which is also nice to see and read but...and there will be small plot twist when they both awaken...but it's not like...WOAH, extraordinary so far...

As the poster above said, not a significant amount of progress.
Glunn does see something in the conscious world that makes him a bit suspicious, so he's a bit bitchy to Ennid when they wake up. But it's also kinda cute because Glunn is trying really hard to be cold but still cares for him.
And then Varabus arrives.
