This seems absolutely ridiculous, but ive seen something like this happens in real life. A girl confined my friend and threatened him with many things bcs “she loves him”. When her family got involved they stalked him, involved their parents, even withheld his mom from going home bcs he refused to date her (it was 3 am). Even get the police involved and they accused him of thievery over all the “gifts” that their daughter handed him willingly. It was ridiculous.
