Her father from the first world was the same and probably Camilla's mother also lacked the bond a child has with her mother since it wasnt technically her daughter so she disliked her. She would probably love her if it wss the real Camilla, but because of the oddness of the first Camilla she saw her as a nuisance and disliked her. But the first Camilla loved her mother despite being treated like that. The current Camilla didnt state yet how she feels about her mother, probably because she never met her, she knows her from first Camilla's memories
Yes she wasn't very nice to her daughter and seems to almost be repelled to forming an attachment to her. I think it's partly due to the whole souls being switched thing and trauma from the FL's bio father.
