Finally…

I have to give the author props cause this entire conflict felt very realistic. Like someone else mentioned the fight wasn’t registered the same for either, while mc was having a complete meltdown all on his own the ml simply didn’t realize what was going on with his partner.

He felt he was doing his best, he was never told he was doing something wrong and suddenly they had this huge fight and broke up with him. So im not surprised he took a more passive approach and decided for mc to have a time to breath before approaching back. Which I do think he would have had if he knew mc deleted his number and how this was more than just a fight.

There is clearly a difference in maturity and what I enjoyed about this resolution is how the ml learned he needs to give active affirmation cause his partner is like that. He needs the validation, and that’s ok cause he will happily do so. I also enjoyed how he told the mc what to do for him which is it to not let others influence his opinion and let the process of meeting each other come naturally.

These are the first steps of real communication. Excited for what’s next
