Well well well. I already read the novel and ahead in the raws. I knew what was going to happen, and even then I wouldn't blame him for not calling Kangwoo.
Kangwoo COULD have gotten a call, if he wasn't a psycho rapist that the MC wanted to escape. And he COULD have just saved the MC instead of breaking his ankle as "punishment" for being justifiably afraid of him.
Also, it is debatable whether "dating" Kangwoo is better or worse than death. For me? Just fucking kill me.

I actually think getting raped on a consistent basis for the foreseeable future by a violent psychopath is worse than 2 people who have ruined my life, and myself who wants to get away from said violent psychopath, dying.
