Possible but I kinda hope not because we just finished two of them back to back. If the author does another love triangle it’s going to look as if Itsuomi/Yuki can’t hold a story on their own.
The author could expand on so much like the hardships of Yuki’s condition, what are her goals in life?, what are her hobbies? For Itsuomi we can see how he plans to juggle his dream and a life with Yuki. Plus we have other couples we could explore too. There is a lot we don’t know about these characters. Yuki especially which is crazy because she’s the main character but I know more about Itsuomi and Oushi than I do her.
