Honestly I think the author is just including the various types of love, it's not that I'm validating incest, but it allows us to explore and understand the conflict of love, and that not all love is healthy, what ever the reason the author has for this arc let's all let out a sigh of relief that we didn't have a full on incest troupe. Yeah I totally get that, and I definitely don’t mind its inclusion in media to display that it can happen and it’s not good. But the message would’ve rung much better if their words didn’t ring so hollow or if they actually felt like they carried any weight or meaning. The sister doesn’t seem to hate that she feels that way and the one person who knows doesn’t say anything particularly interesting about it either; almost like she doesn’t care. It’s not necessarily saying something about it and the words that are used are almost kind towards this kind of relationship. I would’ve definitely appreciated its inclusion a lot more if it had something to actually say, but rn it’s too soft and its inclusion feels really pointless

This manga is soooo good but the incest part is actually here for no reason like wtf if you were going to include it at least say some interesting rhetoric about it, this is pathetic. Why is the other girl so forgiving of it? She wasn’t even remotely shocked at all…. This arc is hilariously bad. Always ruined with an incest arc
