Does it get better?

if you're already at ch 15 but still don't find it enjoyable, then you might not like it even further. it depends on preferences -- personally, i find this manhwa so refreshing and because of that, i can say it does get better. you, on the other hand, may not. you should try reading at least 5-10 chapters more to see if ypu'd find this interesting

I’ve loved it from the get-go and am sad not to get many updates for new chapters, so it’s probably just a matter of preference.

Fr! I love apocalyptic settings and never seen it in this era, it’s so unique I think it’s my favorite webtoon at the moment
