I could be wrong because this is just based on my understanding while looking at the panels in each chapter and not translating all of the dialogues.

I've seen the raw version, though, I didn't really translate it. I'm not quite sure, but it seems that Saha was hallucinating when that incident happened, and I think he's the one who "did" (killed the ML's brother) it, and maybe the ML was just trying to cover up for his crime. I think the kid was somehow the witness. Though, I may be wrong so...
