Not really a hallucination.. more like he just blacked out. Like. He becomes nothing more than a wild animal when he goes into pheromone shock. He's never been able to fully release his pheromones, not until he met hyeonsung.. hyeonsung basically has no pheromones so chi Yoon isn't aggressive towards him like he is to everyone else. All it really is is the pheromones, his pheromone line is overdeveloped due to spending the majority of his young life in his wolf form. He was literally raised as a monster and lied too and ostracized by the family he cared about
Sooo.. they DID attack the nanny? We saw the image of them attacking so either it's a hallucination caused by pheromone shock, or pheromone shock caused by the situation, so I'm asking which is it cus im confused
