yes you're right. in one of the last pages, I don't know his name, lets call him grandpa XD said that his ex-wife had a child that he wanted back in the Saionji family but he got rejected, that child is Miyauchi.
Miyauchi worked for the Saionji family when he was a kid, but the butlers there holded a grudge against him for being a beta (and I bet for being the "protegé" of the head butler) one even raped him, despite this he said that his teacher and master were good.

Hi just want to clear thing's up. There are some mistranslation in the page you mention. The man is saionji tarou aka jirou's father want to take back miyauchi back to saionji's family not "bring him over from saionji family" haha (because he's saionjii himself). And for miyauchi heritage it's a bit confusing so i'll explain it chronologically.
1. Miyauchi's mom and jirou's mom met, fall in love and had miyauchi
2. They separated because jirou's mom married jirou's dad.
3. Miyauchi's mom had him and sometimes after that jirou born but jirou's mom left his father for her destined partner.
4 miyauchi found by kudou's father at jirou dad's order and bring him to toujou family (aoi's) because miyauchi (in my opinion) reject the proposal to enter saionji family
5. The other alpha butler in toujou family got jealous of him and the rape happened here (it'll explained a bit in KD-answer extra)

So miyauchi's is jirou half brother by jirou's mom
