I think it’s because he’s not wanting seonhwa to be “hurt” anymore. I don’t think Nanjo is at a point where he is truly interested in with being Mokyeon just yet. I think he’s still doing it for Seonhwa’s sake. But I’m sure both will start realizing soon of their interest in one another. (mokyeon will probably realize it first, then Nanjo) At least those are my thoughts.
I think Nanjo was asking that if he doesn’t date Seonhwa, would Mokyeon stop sleeping with him as well. Then Mokyeon is pretty much asking if Nanjo will take his place in that case
