Why does nothing happen? Hurry up please

Ngl, I struggle with it too. In a novel format it's actually enjoyable. In the webtoon adaptation, the pacing is not for me. And it's not because of the slow romantic development, but the events feel very repetitive and insignificant. It's still a good story, but I think you could read the first couple of episodes and then wait until the 2nd season and still not miss out on anything
