I agree, Seljuk isn’t the worst seme that we’ve seen in a lot of BL mangas and overall he has been protective and helpful to Joohyun and often gave him advice and guidance, which he seems to lack from his sister and Minwoo who always coddled him.
I can see both of them developing more romantic feelings for each other and in Season 2 we are seeing more of Seojun’s feelings develop because he’s getting jealous of anyone else showing interest or talking to Joohyun. I also agree with the point you made about the pregnancy, I’m sure Joohyun will get pregnant soon because they’ve decided to do it raw and they have sex at least every couple of chapters.

So I just checked out the raw, and it is crystal clear that Minwoo (best friend) is out of the picture. Joohyun (MC) doesn't have any romantic feelings towards him. And he makes himself clear when Minwoo confesses to him. Seojun (ML) is an asshole, But unlike other popular BLs where ML is manipulative and physically & mentally abusive toward MC. Where else here, Seojun hasn't done anything that will hurt MC in any way. So far he has been very kind and honest with Joohyun.
Ngl, MC and ML are looking kinda cute together in the recent raw chapters. ML is very jealous and protective of MC. Although they are acting as just fuck buddies but both of them have clearly developed feelings for each other. ML's friends were complaining to him about why he wasn't spending time with them or why he wasn't playing around and even asked whether he was in a relationship now.
