Well I think the fake saint increased level going in between dimensions. So it might also affect Irene. I would guess she is the S+
Irene is S+, while rose is B+
S+ and B+? Irene was B+ guide in her previous life, so she's B+ and Rose is S+?
But since fake saintess rises her ranking just by staying in this world, Irene is the same? Although she manifested as a guide recently, she's been here for a decade and all that rose budding too.
