You might be on to something - the stitches around his neck, his eyes, the gray bags under his eyes.
Perhaps he's spitting after the kiss because the kiss made him taste human flesh, which might make him lose control.
I wonder if the rings have any special power, too.
So, ch 0 we see Guwon getting out of a bunch of debris, he might be a zombie, he has stitches on his head and his eye look like those of a dead person too, like, kinda glazed over?
In later chapters he said the teach how he doesn't like stuff that'll make him lose control (like maybe reverting to act like the other zombies idk), stuff he'll obsess over with, like alcohol. Maybe a kiss is something that makes him lose control, so that's why he's trying to "get it out of his system" by throwing up? Idk
I mean, after rambling about all this, I just remembered that he's worse than the 6yo kids about knowing stuff. If he truly forgot his past, he might have trouble understanding personal space, liking someone romantically, and all that.
But welp, let's see what happens in the next chapters.
PD: He also seems to treat MC like a dog, "taking him for a walk", "his favorite puppy ran away from him" and "putting a collar". I think he might like the teacher like someone likes a pet?
