Question! I prefer tragic endings when it comes to stories with black flag mls. Does the mc die or does it end with the mc and ml in a relationship together?

Oh good question I can’t really say exactly how it ends because I have not finished reading it but I do remember reading in the comments of the mawnha that they do both die together and are reincarnated into the modern world.

It was an angsty BL. I don’t remember much but I do remember a particular scene in the story where the bottom was framed by another maid/servant who was a type of spy or sm like that and the Top believed the maid and basically confined the bottom, traumatized him and fed him drugs until he was addicted and then broke like a favorite painting of his causing the bottom to kinda give up Ig and then tried to off himself and by this time the maid confessed to the Top that the bottom was actually innocent and was used and a scapegoat and a bunch of other stuff happened but that’s all I can sum up from the story.
