It's just fluids so I don't think it's considered cannibalism? It's not like he's gonna chop a piece of that ass and eat it with fork and knife off of a plate

depends on the writer afaik. they could write something about cakeverse but theyd just involve the bodily fluids. however, some authors twist the dynamic of cakeverse and make it completely cannibalism with a hint of romance or something.
that's also why the mc here was scolding the ml because he was willingly following the mc to his house despite them being fork and cake, which is considered really dangerous since other forks commit cannibalism because of being addicted to a cake's taste (after not being able to taste anything for their past years)
