90% of uncensored manga here are uncensored by scan groups. original uncensored mangas are rare in japan.
I believe people just won't bother with uncensoring.
Better than not having updates. Uncensored dicks are just for extra enjoyment. Be thankful.

It's too bad about the censorship, but to be honest, most of the white sticks/invisible dicks/etc are only in the ebook or online versions XD
If you compare the online versions to the physical copies (tanko), then it's like day and night. (づ￣ ³￣)づ In the tankos, the dicks are barely censored. I mean, there is a thin bar, but you can still see the dicks and dem beautiful details~
