Well not always. I reported on another Manga that was missing few pages in the chapter, but they never looked into it nor take that incomplete chapter down. It's been months already and still the same. Guess it's due to be an Anonymous they won't check it out right away :/
I have used this site for nearly 2 years and have never had a problem report take more than 24 hours. Perhaps it is the anonymity. To be honest, I rarely respond to anonymous replies myself, because if a person is not signed up or signed in, they can't be notified of my response. Is there any reason why you remain anonymous? The account is free (really, they have never tried to get money from me in either donation or upgrade) and I have never recieved any unwanted contact from this site or due to this site (they don't email me and have never sold my address to anyone). Having an account here has been nothing but benefit after benefit for me. You should try it, it's really worth the few minutes to sign up.
In my case, I gave then the exact site where to get the missing pages that why I got fast response in my reports! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

You guys are just awesome! I reported the problem with Chapter 2 here less than 12 hours ago and you jumped on it right away. Thank you so much for all that you do for your fans and readers. This is the reason I don't read manga anywhere else (except when I buy it). It's Mangago or nothing. You all never fail to impress. Thank you, again, for all your had work and effort.
